Responsibilities

Responsible for managing a compelling brand story for a line of existing products
Lead development of specific products and/or product lines and marketing strategies, positioning, messaging, go-to-market initiatives and management of marketing campaigns to raise awareness of and generate demand for products and services
Successfully engage with members of various teams (Digital Creative, Digital Commerce, Social Media Sales, Operations, etc.) to develop and execute against set schedules for various marketing efforts including product launches, product promotions, and influencer campaigns
Responsible for all communication and messaging to remain consistent across all platforms and customer touchpoints
Champion various development processes such as but not limited to: market research, competitive landscape analysis, viability assessments, and intellectual property searches
Stay abreast of emerging trends, platforms and technologies to keep S&T at the forefront of digital innovation
Develop and maintain budget responsibilities
10% travel (domestic and international)

Required

BS/BA in Marketing, Business, or equivalent field
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in product development, marketing, or brand management; with at least 2 years of managing or working on a social-commerce marketing team
Costing experience and the ability to negotiate costs with vendors and suppliers
Experience with marketing channels including Meta, Google, Affiliate
Well versed in analytic, attribution and measurement to measure impact of marketing in a social-commerce business
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency with ability to think creatively
Solid financial and business acumen and ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously
Ability to show up with an entrepreneurial spirit, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, and have a flexible mindset to achieve business objectives
Involvement with or interest/appreciation for the categories of products you will be working with on the Aura/S&T brands
