Responsibilities

Ensuring compliance with product quality standards
Verifying production paperwork for accuracy and completeness
Conducting production floor checks
Performing GMP and housekeeping audits
Delivering food safety training to Team Members
Exercising judgment in setting priorities, evaluating results, and coordinating with other teams
Ensuring food safety, food quality, and regulatory/legal compliance

Qualification

HACCP certificationFood safety knowledgeSupervisory experienceSAP knowledgeBasic computer skillsCommunication skills

Required

High School diploma or equivalent
2 plus years in a food manufacturing environment
Basic computer skills for creating simple queries spreadsheets etc
Excellent communication skills verbal and written

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Prior supervisory experience
HACCP certified
Broad knowledge of HACCP USDA GMP SSOP s
SAP knowledge
Bilingual
