Responsibilities

Receive, store, ship, and maintain inventory records for personal computer equipment
Prepare equipment for disposal, recycling, or donation
Ship personal computer equipment and peripherals to users at customer locations
Maintain timely accurate inventory records in a computerized system
Charge out new computer equipment monthly
Create return shipping labels via the UPS ship program
Handle computer return fulfillment
Coordinate computer donations to 501c3 organizations
Warranty submissions and running diagnostics for hardware maintenance
Apply standard images to hardware for computer provisioning
Customer contact for equipment returns to avoid containment

Required

Relevant professional experience in inventory management, IT help desk or desktop support
Availability to work part-time hours as needed
