This hands-on role involves partnering with founders and functional leaders to hire across the business, focusing on both technical and go-to-market roles.

Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and go-to-market roles (engineering, product, data, sales, marketing, etc.)
Build and execute scalable sourcing strategies using advanced outbound techniques
Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and interview plans
Act as a trusted advisor on talent market dynamics, compensation, and hiring tradeoffs
Design and improve recruiting processes from scratch (intake, sourcing, interviews, closing)
Leverage modern recruiting tools, automation, and AI to increase speed and signal
Deliver an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience
Track and report on hiring progress, pipeline health, and key recruiting metrics
Qualification
Required
5+ years of recruiting experience
Experience at a fast-growth startup
Proven success hiring technical roles (software, data, product, infra, etc.)
Strong experience hiring go-to-market roles (sales, marketing, partnerships, etc.)
Deep expertise in advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, GitHub, outbound tooling, creative search strategies)
Highly comfortable leveraging technology, automation, and AI tools in recruiting workflows
Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a high-growth, ambiguous environment
Strong communication skills and confidence partnering directly with founders
Bias toward action, ownership, and results
Preferred
Agency recruiting background strongly preferred
