Responsibilities
Lead ERP Projects: Oversee the implementation of IFS Financial ERP systems, ensuring alignment with organizational financial objectives and best practices
Financial Structure Expertise: Utilize knowledge of finance company structures to enhance ERP strategies and solutions
Order to Cash Management: Optimize the O2C process, including order processing, invoicing, collections, and cash application
Chart of Accounts & General Ledger: Design and maintain the COA and ensure accurate GL entries to support financial reporting and compliance
Accounts Payable & Receivable Integration: Collaborate with finance teams to streamline AP and AR processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
Optimize Financial Workflows: Analyze and refine financial workflows for efficiency, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
User Training: Provide training and ongoing support to finance staff, ensuring effective use of ERP systems and adherence to best practices
Stakeholder Communication: Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any financial reporting or operational needs
Mentorship: Mentor junior staff on financial management, accounting processes, and ERP best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
Minimum 13 years in ERP delivery, with a strong focus on finance and accounting, particularly in O2C, COA, GL, AP, and AR processes
Comprehensive understanding of financial operations, including cash flow management, financial analysis, compliance regulations, and best practices in accounting
Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex financial projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on financial strategy and process improvement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
