Responsibilities
Lead all core finance areas including planning & forecasting, asset management, costing, and business analysis
Serve as a key business partner to division and segment executives—driving alignment on financial strategy, goals, and performance
Interpret and communicate financial performance across global operations, identifying opportunities to improve margins and cash flow
Oversee timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, budgets, and strategic plans
Guide investment decisions through capital justification, market analysis, and product line profitability review
Lead internal controls, compliance (including SOX), and process improvements in reporting and systems
Present financial data and recommendations to senior leadership and external stakeholders
Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
10+ years of progressive finance experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing operations
5+ years of people leadership and/or management experience
Deep understanding of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial systems
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels
