Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of Clio’s highest-priority GTM programs, ensuring clear governance, accountability, and measurable outcomes
Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Product, and Engineering by building strong partnerships and influencing without authority
Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate options, surface tradeoffs, and recommend data-backed paths forward
Provide clear status updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders and program sponsors
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Program Management, Management Consulting, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Strategy roles, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
A strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs with measurable impact
Working knowledge of GTM motions and revenue operations
Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
Experience with acquisition integrations, quote-to-cash, or GTM system implementations is a strong plus
Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI
