Responsibilities
Provide overall clinical and administrative leadership to CTTP staff
Facilitate weekly team meetings and provide individual clinical supervision
Supervise a multidisciplinary team, including: Case Manager, Clinician, Vocational/Educational Staff, Family & Youth Peer Advocates, Recreation / Expressive Therapist, Positive Behavior Support Specialist, Administrative Assistant
Ensure fidelity to the Critical Time Intervention (CTI) model
Promote trauma-informed, strengths-based, and family-driven care
Oversee caseload distribution, documentation quality, and service timelines
Build and maintain strong partnerships with hospitals, emergency departments, and community providers
Coordinate weekly case conferences with internal and external stakeholders
Support staff wellness, professional development, and program accountability
Provide crisis leadership and direct support to youth and families in community and TRS settings as needed
Qualification
Required
Active New York State professional license: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, LMHP, or related credential
Minimum 2-3 years of program leadership or supervisory experience
Experience working with youth and families with serious mental health needs, co-occurring disorders, and/or I/DD
Strong understanding of care transitions, crisis systems, and community-based services
Ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple systems
Valid driver's license and ability to maintain insurability
