InternOn Location is a global leader in premium experiential hospitality, and they are seeking an intern to support the planning, coordination, and execution of live events and premium hospitality experiences. The role involves conducting research, assisting with vendor pricing, tracking event finances, and gaining exposure to various event disciplines.
Entertainment
Responsibilities
Conduct research and gather information to support event proposals and budget development, including venues, vendors, entertainment options, and related event components
Assist with securing vendor pricing and collecting quotes to support budget planning
Support tracking of event finances by updating event P&Ls, processing invoices, and assisting with expense reconciliation
Gain exposure to key event disciplines, including Food & Beverage, Entertainment, Guest & Catering Rentals, Signage & Graphics, Venues, Restrooms, Security, and Credentials
Support the Production & Hospitality team on additional tasks and initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in a related field such as Hospitality, Event Management, Business, Sports Management, or a similar discipline; Junior or Senior standing preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain effective in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced environment
