Responsibilities
Ensure ShotGrid/Flow statuses and tasks are tracked and up to date
Ensure schedules and studio docs are up to date
Take detailed and clear notes for reviews
Scheduling and coordinating calendars of both the Mograph team and Creative teams to ensure hitting project milestones
Supporting to ensure crew are clear on project scope through weekly and daily delivery objectives
Coordinating getting projects through final QC and delivery via Jira ticketing
Tracking of any QC issues that need to be resolved and resubmitted
Qualification
Required
3-5 years' experience at a VFX house or Studio supporting live action production, animation, episodic, film and/or immersive media
Highly organized with excellent scheduling and task management skills
Working experience with Shotgrid/Flow
Proficiency with the following: MS Office 360, Calendar, Excel, PowerPoint
Tireless attention to detail and follow through
Self-starter, motivated to learn
Ability to work autonomously while having a clear sense of when to seek counsel from a senior team member
A sense of urgency balanced with the ability to prioritize and remain calm
Behavior consistent with MSG values
Preferred
Technical post production knowledge is a bonus (i.e. industry standard software - Nuke, Premiere, Resolve, Fusion, C4D, Maya, AE, Adobe CS)
A developing ability to interact with Clients/Creative Partners (with support of Producer)
