Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics for meetings, including scheduling and reserving conference space
Maintain attorneys’ calendars with close attention to deadlines and critical appointments
Draft legal correspondence, edit pleadings, and prepare a variety of legal documents
Assist with the creation of slide decks, Excel spreadsheets, and general document support
Organize and prioritize incoming mail and phone calls, ensuring timely and efficient routing
Maintain an organized filing system for new, current, and closed client matters
Record attorney time in the billing system and assist with the preparation and review of bills, check requests, and expense reimbursements
Provide administrative support related to expense reports and invoice processing
Qualification
Required
You possess five (5) or more years of law firm experience in a legal support role
Litigation experience preferred
You can navigate all applications of the Microsoft Office Suite with accuracy and efficiency
You excel at prioritizing multiple tasks and consistently meeting deadlines
You thrive in a collaborative environment and are willing to assist wherever needed
You take pride in your work and consistently go above and beyond to support your attorneys
