This role will serve as the primary climate resiliency point of contact for the Affordable Multifamily Program Upstate, helping affordable housing projects strengthen resilience while reducing reliance on fossil fuels.

Responsibilities
Provide project-level climate resiliency support across a portfolio of multifamily buildings
Coordinate with internal project managers, contractors, and building owners
Participate in project scoping calls and respond to resiliency-related technical questions
Review floodproofing designs and other resiliency measures
Track and analyze key resiliency metrics, including cost data
Support refinement of program-level resiliency strategies and resources
Update guidance documents, templates, and FAQs to support consistent implementation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3–6+ years of project management experience, ideally supporting design or construction projects
Knowledge of residential and commercial building design
Familiarity with climate-resilient design concepts (flood, extreme heat, wind)
Strong coordination and communication skills across multiple stakeholders
Experience tracking schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables
