Customer Service Sales Support
Colorado Safety Supply Company is a unique safety supplier dedicated to ensuring workplace safety and compliance. They are seeking a Customer Service Sales Support to manage customer inquiries and orders, enhance client satisfaction, and support sales initiatives while maintaining clear communication and organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Call Handling & CRM Management
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally!
Log all customer interactions into the CRM system with accurate details
Fill orders coming in and direct leads to the appropriate sales representative- for future opportunities
Picking and packing in the warehouse and complete order handed from sales to client receipt
Process incoming orders efficiently and ensure accurate fulfillment
Assist as needed, assist the walk-in customers by providing product information and support (as a learning tool for you as a safety professional)
Maintain excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention
Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
Assist clients with product selection, training registration, and service requests
Provide accurate information about safety products, training programs, and fire extinguisher compliance requirements
Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members while maintaining clear communication
Process orders for PPE, safety equipment, and training registrations
Schedule training sessions, inspections, and maintenance visits
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
Identify sales opportunities and pass them to the sales team for follow-up
Proactively look for ways to assist sales reps in building client relationships
Send out CRM sequences to anyone who calls in or visits the store!!
Keep records of orders, interactions, and follow-ups organized
Assist in inventory tracking and product availability updates as needed
Support other administrative tasks related to customer service and sales
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a professional and empathetic approach
Detail-oriented and able to follow processes accurately
Team player willing to collaborate across divisions
Experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to customer engagement
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in safety, industrial, or compliance-related industries
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Administrative: 1 year

Ability to commute to Denver, CO 80216
Ability to relocate to Denver, CO 80216 before starting work
