Responsibilities
Manage and grow key accounts with national and off-price retailers
Serve as the primary point of contact for retail buyers, merchants, and planning teams
Support assortment planning aligned with retailer strategies, consumer demand, and margin targets
Present seasonal product lines, trend direction, and key features to buyers
Analyze sales data to identify reorder, expansion, and growth opportunities
Propose solutions that balance sales objectives with operational and production feasibility
Stay current on home décor and retail industry trends to guide buyers and internal teams
Lead showroom presentations, line reviews, and market appointments
Coordinate with Design, Production, and Logistics to ensure timely execution and delivery
Manage the full order lifecycle from entry through fulfillment
Qualification
Required
4+ years of B2B wholesale sales and account management experience working directly with national chains or off-price retail buyers
Experience within home décor, home textiles, fashion/apparel, lifestyle, or related consumer goods categories
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or related field
Strong understanding of retail buying cycles, product lifecycle management, and margin requirements
Ability to operate effectively in high-volume, fast-paced environments
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; ERP or retail portal experience a plus
