Responsibilities

Answer the multi-line switchboard, transfer calls, take and deliver messages
Greet visitors and guests and provide direction and/or connection to the right person
Receive and distribute mail and ensure outgoing mail is mailed daily
Assist with organizing and coordinating HR employee relations events and special projects for the facility
Arrange and co-ordinate meetings, events, and agendas, such as dealer training, sales meetings, and other group visits
Responsible for keeping inventory, ordering, and stocking supplies for the office and break rooms
Reconciling invoices for the office and HR through Concur
Assist and coordinate new hire onboarding and offboarding
Assist and coordinate safety initiatives
Assist with workers' comp processes and claims investigations
Perform other duties as requested

Required

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); and 1 – 3 years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required

Able to read and interpret written information
In-depth knowledge of reviewing invoices
Maintains confidentiality
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
