Responsibilities
Identify, define, and implement integrated supply chain solutions and performance improvements, including building internal and external alliances to explore opportunities
Establish effective linkages, partnerships, and best practices with business partners and internal functions
Collaborate across multiple business organizations to capture solution requirements and effectively communicate, document, test, convert and support the implemented SAP S4HANA solution
Develop and analyze data and information to identify and prioritize opportunities for improving performance and creating more cost-effective supply chains, system solutions, inventory utilization, and business partnerships
Qualification
Required
Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
Process Improvement: Understanding and insight into evaluating current system solutions and business processes with the ability to maintain focus on the continuous improvement of processes, products and services
Preferred
Information Technology, Engineering, or Business degree and/or equivalent experience
Knowledge of logistics and management; ability to follow proper processes for effective and efficient movement of materials and finished products
Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
