Responsibilities

Lead and manage engineering projects focused on electro-mechanical systems from initiation to completion
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with electro-mechanical requirements
Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation specific to electro-mechanical systems
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success in the electro-mechanical domain
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards related to electro-mechanical systems
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery in the context of electro-mechanical systems
Provide technical guidance and support to project team members on electro-mechanical engineering challenges
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, focusing on electro-mechanical system developments

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
6 plus years of experience in project engineering or related roles, specifically with electro-mechanical systems
Proven track record of successfully delivering engineering projects on time and within budget
Strong leadership and project management skills
Technical expertise in electro-mechanical systems, including proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status

Preferred

Advanced Engineering degrees such as ME (Mechanical Engineering) or EE (Electrical Engineering)
Experience in risk management and problem-solving related to electro-mechanical systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
