Senior LevelInnerwell is seeking a fully-remote, highly collaborative Collaborating Psychiatrist (Medical Doctor) from Georgia to join our growing team. In this role, you will ensure exceptional patient care and guide a team of psychiatric providers while implementing innovative treatment modalities like ketamine-assisted therapy.

Responsibilities
Act as the supervising physician for Innerwell's team of PMHNPs, FNPs, and Psych PAs
Fulfill the responsibilities outlined in collaborative practice and supervising physician agreements, including periodic tele-meetings, case reviews, and consultation on prescriptions
Provide mentorship and guidance to our psychiatric clinicians, fostering their professional growth
Offer constructive performance feedback and escalate any issues to the CMO as necessary
Qualification
Required
Board-certified psychiatrist in good standing
Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset
Personal or professional experience with altered states of consciousness
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
