Responsibilities

Develop our presence and commercial strategy in the US market
Prospect, build, and close new deals across corporate and HNWI clients
Manage a strong pipeline of opportunities involving cross-border operations
Act as a commercial bridge between US-based clients and global operations
Engage with key stakeholders (CSO, Security Directors, HR, Risk, Travel)
Represent the company at meetings, events, and industry conferences
Collaborate with operations, intelligence, and EP teams for global delivery
Forecast pipeline and market developments to leadership

Required

US citizen or permanent resident, currently based in the United States
Minimum 10 years of proven B2B sales experience in security, risk management, duty of care, executive protection, or related fields
Strong track record of quota attainment and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Experience selling consultative services, not just products
Network within corporate security, travel risk, HNWI, or family offices
Willingness to travel (domestic and occasional international)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
High degree of autonomy, judgment, and ownership

Preferred

Military / LE / Government / Intelligence background
Experience with Fortune 500 or global corporates
Experience with travel risk management and international deployments
Language skills: Spanish, Portuguese
