Responsibilities
Lead and shape requirements for a DDA platform
Provide subject matter expertise across Checking, Savings, and Money Market Accounts
Define functional and non-functional requirements covering the full DDA lifecycle
Partner with product, operations, compliance, and engineering to influence platform design
Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, data requirements, and acceptance criteria
Guide design decisions around account behavior, posting, and processing rules
Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies across DDA capabilities
Support testing, UAT, and implementation readiness
Qualification
Required
7+ years as a Business Analyst in US banking
Deep, hands-on DDA processing experience (not just product-level knowledge)
Direct experience working with core banking or DDA processing platforms
Experience supporting platform builds, transformations, or core modernizations
Strong ability to guide requirements and design for engineering teams
Excellent documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
