The role focuses on Windchill architecture, data modeling, and large-scale data migration using PTC Windchill Bulk Migrator, ensuring data integrity and successful end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

Design and define Windchill architecture, including object models, relationships, and content structures
Work extensively with WTParts, CAD & Non-CAD data, BOMs, and Change Objects
Architect and lead end-to-end PLM data migration using PTC Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM)
Oversee data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and validation activities
Configure and manage WBM extractors, loaders, mapping rules, error handling, and large-volume data processing
Design and optimize staging database schemas for migration efficiency
Ensure pre-migration validation, post-load verification, and cross-system reconciliation
Maintain strong data integrity, governance, and quality controls throughout migration
Provide solution design leadership and execution oversight
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer alignment and delivery success

Required

Strong expertise in PTC Windchill architecture and data models
Hands-on experience with Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM)
Deep knowledge of PLM data migration strategies and best practices
Experience with Oracle and/or SQL Server databases
Proficiency in XML and transformation scripting
Proven ability to handle large-scale, complex data migrations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred

Prior experience working with Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing domain or similar manufacturing enterprises
Experience leading migration programs in global or multi-system environments
