Responsibilities
Perform on-site staining and sealing of wood window frames, sashes, and trim
Conduct routine maintenance and service on installed windows, including adjustments, repairs, and refinishing
Inspect windows for damage, wear, or finish issues and recommend appropriate solutions
Inspect and gather service parts and pieces, maintaining an organized inventory
Keep your service vehicle properly stocked with necessary service parts
Ensure timely closeout of services to maintain customer satisfaction
Communicate professionally with customers and team members to ensure expectations are met
Maintain a valid driver's license and adhere to company safety standards
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in wood staining, finishing, or window service preferred
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Strong understanding of wood types, stain products, and application techniques
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and customers
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
