Responsibilities
Visionary Leadership: Champion a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing. Hire, coach, and empower a high-performing team of Sr. Learning Specialists, fostering collaboration and accountability
Strategic Scaling: Design and implement scalable frameworks for knowledge transfer, utilizing digital platforms, communities of practice, and AI-powered solutions to reach global audiences efficiently
AI Integration: Identify and deploy AI-driven tools for knowledge capture, content curation, and personalized learning pathways. Use analytics to pinpoint skill gaps and optimize program impact
Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, including transitions, M&A, and repositioning projects. Anticipate resistance, resolve conflicts, and drive adoption of new processes
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong partnerships with business leaders, technical experts, IT and HR teams. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and maintain transparent communication throughout the program lifecycle
Program Execution: Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes
Continuous Improvement: Track key metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for program enhancement. Develop and maintain digital resources, assessment tools, and reporting dashboards
Instructional Excellence: Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create engaging, outcome-driven learning experiences. Coach subject matter experts and mentees in effective knowledge sharing and documentation
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years' experience in program management, instructional design, learning development, and leadership
Demonstrated success in leading teams, driving change, and scaling programs in complex, global environments
Experience with AI-enabled learning technologies, data analytics, and digital knowledge management platforms
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; adept at influencing and building consensus
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Camtasia, and database management
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or related field preferred
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status
