Help us build projects for clients who are changing the world!
Work on projects for city, state, and federal agencies, world class universities, impact driven not-for-profits, and private sector clients in international fashion, finance, hospitality, and media
Think critically, communicate efficiently, and collaborate in an interdisciplinary, deadline-driven atmosphere
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, be a self-starter, and acknowledge when additional input is needed
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in all phases of a project including programming, design, ADA and building code review, MEP coordination, permitting, technical drawings and detailing, FFE selection, submittal and RFI review, and project closeout
Minimum of 4 years professional experience working with Revit and BIM 360
Proficiency in Adobe Suites, Bluebeam and other necessary technical tools for the projects
Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Preferred
Experience with workplace and / or retail projects a plus
Experience with large scale, adaptive reuse projects for government agencies a plus
Experience with sustainability frameworks and professional accreditations such as LEED, WELL, PHIUS, and LBC preferred
