Responsibilities
Lead elicitation sessions with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non functional requirements
Create and maintain high-quality artifacts, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and data flow diagrams
Partner with Product Owners to prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the development team has a steady stream of "ready" tasks for each sprint
Facilitate communication between departments to resolve blockers, clarify specifications, and manage stakeholder expectations regarding scope and timelines
Work with the QA team to define test scenarios and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems, and translate them to system/application requirements/workflows
Qualification
Required
Healthcare Experience is Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst
Exceptional ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
Expertise in developing requirements documentation, such as User Stories, System Requirements, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria
Ability to conduct necessary research and provide in-depth analysis to resolve production issues
Understanding of UI designs (wireframes), user guides, help documentation, release notes, etc
