Responsibilities

Develop and execute an individual sales plan to meet quarterly and annual targets
Identify and generate new leads independently and in collaboration with inside sales and delivery teams
Works directly with NetSuite sales reps and or partner managers to jointly sell the NetSuite software
Partner with marketing to create targeted campaigns for prospects and existing clients
Build strong relationships with potential customers, present solution capabilities, address objections, and close deals
Conduct sales activities to achieve or exceed assigned objectives within a defined territory
Research and qualify prospects and client opportunities
Expand relationships within existing accounts to drive cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities
Apply a consultative sales methodology throughout the sales cycle
Present and position the organization’s products, services, and partner offerings
Lead complex sales pursuits with support from internal teams
Participate in regular account reviews and provide feedback to enhance offerings and client experience
Perform additional related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree
3–5 years of experience in NetSuite ERP or cloud‑based financial systems
Proven success in business development for consulting services and software solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to changing business and client needs
Experience using structured sales methodologies
1–3 years selling NetSuite ERP solutions
No third-party candidates or C2C
Must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Must be based in the U.S
