Responsibilities
Contribute to ongoing efforts that use cutting-edge AI/ML technologies to bring leading-edge capabilities to mission solutions including LLMs, object recognition, audio processing, and other hard problems
Architect, deploy, and optimize AI/ML systems, focusing on efficient inference, robust model management, and reliable performance across production environments
Develop software with full-stack developers, product managers, hardware engineers, and subject matter experts to transform mission requirements into scalable solutions
Deploy solutions into a variety of environments from compute constrained edge systems to GPU powered clusters
Continuously assess and integrate state-of-the-art AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, vLLM), models, and methodologies that drive industry innovation
Qualification
Required
Strong engineering background from industry or school, ideally in areas/fields such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
5+ years of experience in full-stack software development
3+ years of experience working on AI/ML tech stacks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc
Windows and Linux Development Experience
Demonstrated ability in deploying, serving, and tuning AI/ML models to meet strict operational requirements
Strong interpersonal skills with experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders and executive leadership
Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
Preferred
Familiarity with end-to-end AI workflows that span from research prototyping to production-level deployments
Experience developing full-stack software
Experience with embedded systems and deployment of software and AI/ML models to edge systems
