Prepare and post accounting entries
Perform project analysis and reconciliation between the project management system and the university’s financial system
Monthly reporting
Purchase requisition processing
Invoice processing
Change order processing
Problem resolution with both internal customers and external vendors
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree must be in Accounting or related field
Four (4) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement
Prepare and post accounting entries
Perform project analysis and reconciliation between the project management system and the university's financial system

Purchase requisition processing
Invoice processing
Change order processing

Fund accounting experience
