Responsibilities
Workflow Architecture: Design, implement, and manage foundational processes, communication channels, and project management frameworks across multiple teams
Timeline Ownership: Develop and maintain detailed master work-back schedules, ensuring all workstreams (logistics, content, production, outreach) meet critical deadlines
Cross-Functional Synchronization: Keep Sales and Marketing teams aligned by organizing working groups, tracking deliverables, escalating risks, and resolving blockers
Internal Communications Management: Establish reporting cadences that deliver clear, accurate, and actionable updates to internal stakeholders
Information Integrity: Maintain a single source of truth for all event documentation, workflows, and workstream updates
On-Site Execution: Provide high-level oversight during event days in NYC, managing real-time changes and ensuring a seamless, high-touch guest experience
