Responsibilities
Lead Requirements workshops and design discussions for Security & risk projects, consulting on both ServiceNow and Security & Risk best practices
Manage all important project processes such as: platform architecture documentation, integration documentation, work-effort estimation and hands-on advanced development
Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the implementation project team
Fulfill Project´s technical development and configuration at the highest standard of technical quality contributing with assignments, follow up and guidance to Junior / Mid developers
Fulfill technical design guidance within our projects following ServiceNow best practices
Understand how the technologies available can be used to solve the business problem
Understand what frameworks, platform application, or technical stack can be used to create a solution
Understand how the ServiceNow application will look, what modules will be in scope, and how they will interact with each other
Understand how the ServiceNow digital solution will scale in the future and how it will be supported
Develops complex technical solutions
Provides peer review for completed work
Ability to define the Risk vs. Value Proposition for third party integrations with ServiceNow
Ability to clearly define for stakeholders how Governance works with respect to the platform and how it works with respect to the project
Ability to clearly support Organizational Change Management
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Delivery Services processes as well as the maturing of the different portfolios, capabilities, expertise, and best practices in consideration of Customer needs and requirements
Fill technical or process roles in our projects, if needed
Lead, educate, mentor and develop the resources who are assigned to his/her projects
Assist in the scoping of new opportunities, design tools and techniques to deliver efficiently
Act as the final escalation point for technical decision-making within a project
Qualification
Required
5+ years working on the ServiceNow platform
3+ years of experience in a Security & Risk domain
Participated in 20+ ServiceNow implementations across various disciplines
3+ years of architecting solutions in the ServiceNow platform
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Application Developer
2+ Security & Risk ServiceNow CIS Certifications
Proven experience in 2 additional product lines outside of Security & Risk
Has a high-level of understanding in scripting and app development, including familiarity with web services, API's and mobile application design
Preferred
IT4IT, ITILv4, TOGAF Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, or the Sciences
