Responsibilities

Complete service requests and maintain community amenities
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
Manage after-hours maintenance calls on a rotating basis
Maintain inventory and ensure safety compliance
Work closely with the team to provide excellent resident experiences

Qualification

HVAC knowledgeEPA CertificationPlumbing skillsElectrical skillsCarpentry skillsMechanical systemsCommunication skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

Maintenance experience (Multifamily housing preferred)
Skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
High school diploma or GED
Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred

HVAC knowledge; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred
