Responsibilities

Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions
Gaining new Logo’s and converting competitive installed base customers to ABB process automation
Providing solutions for customer businesses that are in line with our volume, mix and profitability targets
Selling “Customer Care Contracts” aimed at enhancing the customers’ aftermarket experience
Drive Action Plans and Pursuit Plans to gain competitive market share

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in customer facing and/or control, power, digital technology roles is desired
Proficiency in CRM and MS office suite is a plus
Travel required - 50%
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US and a valid driver's license

Understanding of Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
Logic Controllers (PLC/SCADA)
Power Management (Medium and Low Voltage power packages)
Experience with Software services
Cyber Security solutions and architecture
Field Service Contracts
Expertise in networks and Digital Solutions
