Office Assistant
Family & Children's Association is seeking an Office Assistant to provide administrative support primarily to the contract team. The role involves managing calendars, tracking grant and fiscal deadlines, and assisting with documentation and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Contract Team's calendar, including grant claim deadlines (monthly, semi-monthly, quarterly, and annual)
Track deadlines for regular, supplemental, and final claims to ensure timely submission
Schedule and coordinate cumulative sheet review meetings between contract team and program leadership
Assist with gathering and organizing documentation for claims
Attend meetings, take accurate notes, and monitor completion of follow-up actions
Monitor fiscal department deadlines, including month-end and quarter-end close
Assist with external audits as necessary
Perform additional administrative tasks assigned to support fiscal department operations
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1 -2 years of experience working in an office or administrative setting
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient computer skills with MS Office
