They are seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to lead interdisciplinary treatment teams and provide comprehensive care to patients under 18 in their PHP/IOP programs.

Responsibilities
Providing daily care for under 18 in our PHP/IOP programs
Conducting psychiatric evaluations for Compass patients, establishing diagnoses, prescribing medication, and providing therapy
Leading experienced, multi-disciplinary clinical teams and making overall recommendations on treatment plans
Collaborating with family therapists, individual therapists, nurses, and psychiatrists
Average 10-12 patients per day
Monday-Friday schedule
Limited call responsibilities
Qualification
Required
BE or BC Adult Psychiatrist
Active, unrestricted Maryland medical license. DC and VA license preferred
Willingness and eligibility to apply for cross-licensure through the Interstate Medical License Compact
Licensed or ability to obtain Maryland Board of Medical Practice Licensure
Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Maryland
Skilled in the evaluation and treatment of mental illness
Excellent communication skills and the desire to work in a collaborative, team-based environment
