Lead Specialist, Oracle EPM Functional Consultant
KPMG is a leading advisory firm currently seeking a Lead Specialist, Oracle EPM Functional Consultant to join their Managed Services practice. The role involves leading Oracle EPM optimization initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing multiple client requests while ensuring high service levels.

Responsibilities
Lead ongoing Oracle EPM optimization initiatives including break/fix activities, quarterly release management, deployment of new functionality, and continuous process improvement
Collaborate with cross functional teams and offshore resources to troubleshoot issues, drive resolution, and deliver end to end functional solutions within Oracle EPM
Gather and document business requirements using approved firm templates, configure system updates, execute functional testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT); assist with migration activities into production environments
Conduct quarterly release testing by executing assigned test scripts and analyzing new functionality, providing recommendations to clients regarding adoption and configuration impacts
Manage work assignments within KPMG's ServiceNow platform including ticket documentation, progress updates, and stakeholder communication
Support multiple clients simultaneously by prioritizing tickets, maintaining service level expectations, and applying ITIL aligned service management practices
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum five years of recent Oracle Cloud or on prem EPM implementation experience and/or five years of recent post production application support
Demonstrated knowledge supporting Oracle EPM modules (FCCS, EPBCS, TRCS, PCF/PCMCS, EDMCS, PCM) and related financial processes (planning, forecasting, consolidations, close, reporting)
Strong functional expertise with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and test scenarios
Excellent verbal/written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple client requests concurrently, prioritize workload, and operate within ITSM/ITIL based support environments
Travel as required
