Qualification
Required
Experience in project management, operational improvement and/or organizational effectiveness, implementing structured process optimization, change, communications, engagement, and/or learning
Technical expertise (and preferably accreditation) in an area of focus such as Lean Six Sigma, SAFe, change management, agile methodologies, facilitation or leadership coaching
Experience designing business processes and interactions that drive business outcomes
Able to purposefully identify risks, and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues
Able to design and facilitate sessions focused on vision, mission, objectives and results
Able to develop specific plans to mitigate or address client concerns and transformation risks
Strong investigative, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Comfort navigating ambiguity and interfacing confidently with clients
