Responsibilities
Work alongside an experience-building team and production team to create impactful and effective content-driven and design-woven illustration and its elements for the many, different sized screens and surfaces in the Forge
Be part of a creative team who would work across functions and client accounts to execute / create impactful designs
Receive fulfilling working experience where you would learn a lot more about business and ways of working, interactions with senior leadership provides valuable insights into their experience that aids your personal and professional growth
Design the aesthetics to be implemented as per brand guidelines
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
3 – 5 years of experience with visually communicating complex ideas, protect, and amplify the client's brand, and enhance content that reinforces their brand purpose
3 – 5 years of years of experience using standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (XD, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma
Possess brand awareness and sensitivity, creating materials that maintain and evolve existing brand ecosystems
Experienced in organizing content, imagery, and strategy into a cohesive design suitable for marketing purposes
Ability to provide excellent consultation when meeting, collaborating, and brainstorming with clients and authors to understand and interpret needs
Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools
Preferred
Proficiency in creating video animations
Strong design aesthetic to creatively communicate a story, message, idea, process, or methodology
High capacity for design thinking, along with a general understanding of and appreciation for experience design, strategy, and innovation
Understanding of technology platforms that support user experiences
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into creative solutions
