Help Desk Specialist
Biofire Technologies is on a mission to enhance firearms safety through innovative technology and exceptional customer experience. The TechOps Support Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for end-user support, responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing IT support, and maintaining office technology to ensure a productive work environment.

Responsibilities
IT Support: Provide in-office support for all things TechOps including Windows and MacOS Support
Equipment Provisioning: Handle equipment setup for new and existing employees ensuring they have the technology and access they need to effectively do their job
Office Technology Upkeep: Maintain our conferencing equipment and technology throughout the office to ensure seamless operations
Other Duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
CompTIA A+ or similar IT credentials/experience
0-2 years of end-user support in Windows environments
Some experience with MacOS support (or desire to learn)
Willingness to grow and learn
