Oversee the daily operations of the patient financial services team
Manage workflows
Ensure accurate and timely billing
Address patient inquiries
Resolve financial account issues
Supervise staff
Coach and manage performance
Work closely with leadership to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to address and resolve complex issues
Experience in Billing and Collecting of Hospital Managed Care claims, with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills to handle patient interactions professionally
Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and relevant regulations is beneficial
Ability to lead and mentor a team to achieve performance goals
Proficiency in healthcare billing systems, reporting tools, and relevant software
Preferred
Previous supervisory experience in patient financial services or a related role
