Responsibilities
Act as a trusted business support leader and strategic advisor to senior executives
Lead strategic evaluation of VIA, partnerships, and growth initiatives
Drive M&A and corporate development analysis, including financial and IP-driven modeling
Evaluate patent licensing, IP portfolios, and IPP opportunities
Build and standardize high-quality M&A and corporate development models
Provide clear, executive-level insights and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Deep experience in IP licensing, patent strategy, and IPP transactions
Strong M&A and corporate development background, especially in IP-heavy businesses
Industry experience across Investment Banking, IP & Licensing, Semiconductors, Hard science / deep tech IP
Subject matter expert in identifying and structuring IP licensing opportunities
Strong financial modeling and analytical rigor
High intellectual horsepower with exceptional attention to detail
Deep understanding of AI capabilities and effective use of AI tools
Creative, strategic thinker with practical execution mindset
Able to deliver turnkey capabilities and rapidly infuse expertise into the organization
