Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Accounts Payable processes, including vendor invoice review, payment scheduling, and issue resolution
Handle Accounts Receivable functions such as billing, collections, cash application, and customer account maintenance
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations , ensuring accuracy of financial data
Prepare, analyze, and post complex journal entries in accordance with accounting standards
Assist with month‑end and year‑end close activities
Monitor and audit financial transactions for compliance and accuracy
Support financial reporting and provide insights based on data analysis
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve systems, workflows, and financial processes
Demonstrate a self‑starter mindset , consistently looking for ways to improve and learn
Qualification
Required
Minimum of an associate's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
2+ years of experience in accounting roles preferred
Strong understanding of AP/AR, general ledger accounting, and reconciliation processes
Ability to comprehend and prepare complex journal entries
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
2+ years of experience in accounting roles preferred
NetSuite experience preferred
