Responsibilities

Own firm-wide reporting and data analytics for a boutique investment firm

Partner closely with senior leadership to support investment decision-making, client reporting, and strategic initiatives

Lead end-to-end analytics and reporting projects independently, from requirements through delivery

Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards, performance reports, and executive-level reporting

Translate complex investment and performance data into clear, actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders

Play a high-visibility role in shaping how data is used across the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field (STEM, analytics, finance, economics, or similar)

5+ years of experience in financial services, with a focus on data analytics or reporting

Strong experience with data analytics, reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis

Hands-on knowledge of investment analytics platforms such as Bloomberg and FactSet

Comfortable presenting insights to senior leaders and key stakeholders
