Responsibilities
Provide leadership for enterprise infrastructure strategy, multi-year modernization planning, cloud transformation, and lifecycle management to ensure secure, scalable, high-availability environments that support patient care, research, and business growth
Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of hybrid-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, SaaS platforms), promoting automation, observability, infrastructure-as-code, and cost governance
Direct modern data center operations, including compute, storage, backup/restore, colocation, virtualization, and performance optimization
Oversee enterprise networking, including SD-WAN, wireless, segmentation, load balancing, firewalls, VPN, and Zero Trust–aligned architecture
Drive modernization of identity and access management, authentication strategies, privileged access, and directory services in partnership with cybersecurity teams
Lead disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and high-availability engineering for mission-critical systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and resiliency
Oversees enterprise collaboration platforms, unified communications, end-user computing, device management, and service desk modernization to deliver a seamless user experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Information Technology or related field
15 years of information technology experience, with 10 years of experience in technology leadership positions with an emphasis on infrastructure services, cloud and tech operations
