Advise on the structuring, execution, and closing of cutting-edge CLO deals, especially in the middle-market space
Work side-by-side with arrangers, managers, investors, and issuers on deal documentation and regulatory issues
Juggle multiple transactions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Contribute to a supportive team culture where your ideas matter
Qualification
Required
2–8 years of structured finance experience, with significant exposure to CLOs and/or middle-market leveraged loans
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines
Highly motivated with superior client service skills
Member of the Bar in a U.S. state (must meet Orrick office jurisdiction requirements)
