Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage all incoming shipments
Verify quantities, quality, and condition of received goods against purchase orders
Document discrepancies and communicate with vendors or purchasing teams
Update inventory systems promptly and accurately
Ensure accurate labeling and storage of received materials
Operate company vehicles for pick-up and delivery of goods as needed
Align with all DOT regulations and company safety policies
Work closely with warehouse staff, purchasing, and logistics teams
Schedule and prioritize receiving activities to maintain workflow efficiency
Maintain a clean and organized receiving area
Follow all safety guidelines and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Consistent and dependable attendance
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent experience; additional logistics or supply chain training preferred
Valid CDL (Class A) with a clean driving record
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse receiving or logistics
Knowledge of inventory systems and basic computer skills
High level of focus on accuracy and excellent organizational abilities
Dependable and consistent presence
