The role involves managing client engagements for tax compliance and planning, leading staff, and driving firm growth.

Responsibilities
Manage client engagements for business, partnership, and individual tax compliance & planning
Review complex returns and provide advisory guidance
Assist clients with financial statement preparation and related support
Lead and mentor staff in a hands-on, team-oriented environment
Help drive firm growth and operations with a path to equity
Qualification
Required
CPA required (or nearly complete)
15+ years of public accounting experience
Comfortable with a consistent tax season workload (~55 hrs/wk)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred
M.S. in Taxation preferred
