Conduct monthly reviews and reconciliations of departmental accounts and maintain accurate, organized tracking files
Allocate and track research expenditures
Administer payments for student workers, contract workers, guest artists, and vendors
Monitor the status of documents and workflows routed through university systems and keep the department head informed
Assist faculty and staff with purchasing submissions, reimbursements, and related documentation
Provide general administrative support for departmental operations as assigned
Qualification
Required
Highschool diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic knowledge of administrative or financial processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow established procedures and meet routine deadlines
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
