In this role, you will provide live support to riders using autonomous vehicles, ensuring a smooth and excellent experience throughout their journey.

Responsibilities
Provide live rider support before, during, and after missions via multiple channels (chat, phone, and internal messaging systems)
Act as the real-time human point of contact for riders, delivering accurate ride information and immediate assistance when needed
Troubleshoot and escalate rider issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including safety, fleet, and engineering, to maintain smooth operations
Perform data entry and testing tasks to support continuous improvement of tools and processes
Use internal tools to monitor, document, and resolve customer interactions efficiently
Maintain a safety-focused, inclusive, and professional work environment at all times
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in customer service, problem solving, call center, dispatch
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or emergency situations (e.g., ride disruptions, escalations)
Team-oriented mindset; comfortable collaborating with diverse departments
Flexible and proactive — able to adapt to new tools, systems, and priorities quickly
Positive attitude with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Must be available to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV
Must be willing to work one of the specified shifts
18 years of age or older
Preferred
Experience with de-escalation techniques or emergency response training (such as 911 dispatch or crisis support)
