PDS is seeking a CMDB Administrator to maintain and improve their client's ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy of configuration item data and supporting the overall health of the IT environment.

Update and maintain CI records in the CMDB
Support data accuracy, audits, and basic relationship mapping
Work with IT teams to ensure CMDB information remains current
Assist with general ITSM/ServiceNow activities as needed

Required

Experience with ServiceNow (CMDB, ITSM, or related areas)
Basic understanding of configuration items and CI data

Experience with ServiceNow Discovery (optional)
