The role involves participating in research, requirements gathering, and user story writing focused on customer growth and retention initiatives, while exploring the use of AI for enhanced onboarding experiences.

Responsibilities
Assist the team in gathering and documenting product requirements from stakeholders, including customers and drivers
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure product performance
Coordinate and participate in user research calls with customers and drivers to gather feedback and understand user needs
Analyze user feedback to identify patterns, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
Write clear and concise user stories that capture the requirements and needs of the users, aligning with the product roadmap and overall strategy
Collaborate with UX designers and engineering teams to design solutions that meet specified outcomes, ensuring alignment with the product vision and user needs
Perform other duties as assigned, such as supporting product roadmap planning, assisting with market research, and helping with the launch of new features or products
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university with an interest in Computer Science, Kinesiology/Human Factors, Usability, User Experience, Graphic Design, Management of Information Systems, Business, Marketing, or a related field
Positive, self-driven team player with a desire to learn
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle time effectively
Ability to deliver extraordinary customer relationships with professionalism
Comfortable using AI-based tools for analysis, automation, or decision support (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity etc.)
